Children's Party Planning, Design and Production

Brief:
To produce an Indiana Jones styled party to entertain 45 children from 3.00pm - 6.00pm including prize winning games

End Result:
Spirited designed a ‘Tomb of Doom’ consisting of a maze that the children had to navigate with the help of an Indiana Jones look-a-like. We provided collection sheets and the children had to collect as many items on the sheet as they could from secret hidey holes within the walls filled with other fake creepy crawlies, a fake rat’s nest and a creepy dining table complete with actor beneath to grab their hands when they tried to retrieve items from the table. Consideration had to be taken with regard to the age of the children so that the event was not too frightening but enough to give them a little jump.
Children entered the tomb two at a time and their collection sheets were marked upon exit to establish the 5 x winners.

Additionally the children were entertained with musical games provided by the DJ, pin the whip to Indiana Jones and a piñata.

Snacks were consumed at a break in the games with supper provided for the journey home.
